Velko Milo

Velko Milosevich was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and currently resides with his family in Novi, MI.
Mr. Milosevich attended Orchard Lake St. Mary's Prep and graduated as Valedictorian of the OLSM Class of 1984.
After graduating from St. Mary's, Velko went on to attend Georgetown University's School of Business Administration where he earned a BSBA (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration) in 1988.
Mr. Milosevich - who has always considered himself a life-long learner - later attended the University of Southern California, where he earned his Master of Arts degree at the USC School of Cinema in 1996.
After graduate school at USC concluded, Velko worked for The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (Oscars) from 1997-2005, wrote the screenplay for "The Gentlemen" (A film about St. Mary's Prep) - and later directed the award-winning short film "The Paraclete".
Mr. Milosevich has since returned to his home state here in Michigan and currently owns and operates his family business "Nikola's Restaurant" in Southfield.
Velko is married to his wife Sooki and is father to their children Vlado, Mila and Luka; Mr. Milosevich describes himself as "an all-around happy and healthy guy who enjoys jiujitsu, fitness, music and seeking knowledge."
